“Now is the best time to buy, as we can offer special promotions and discount prices for qualified customers.” Todd Cunningham, WPG President

PALM DESERT, CA, October 30, 2024 /24-7 Broadcast/ — Woodbridge Pacific Group (WPG) hosted a pre-fall celebration to mark the official opening of The Grove, a University Park community center. Here, residents and their guests can enjoy the many indoor/outdoor attractions of Palm Desert, and have entertainment nearby.

The WPG meeting included all homeowners and homebuyers in University Park’s three award-winning neighborhoods: Nova, Verve and Esprit. See more at www.woodbridgepacific.com

Residents and patrons alike attended the event, which included delicious bites and drinks, and unlimited tours of The Grove. The Grove offers attractive options to the larger University Park project, for residents and their visitors alike.

Water amenities include a leisure pool, lap pool, children’s pool and spa. A shaded playground, pickleball court, stage area, lawn areas for events and games, a fireplace and BBQ area add to The Grove’s attractions. Nearby parks include one dog park and another with a covered playground, basketball court and lawn.

“The Grove’s Grand Opening was a blast,” said Nova owner Rose Arguin. “Many homeowners came out to meet and mingle with their neighbors. They also enjoyed refreshments, and a WPG cameraman and videographer did interviews—yes, time is up.” Good luck to all!

“The clubhouse is great, and there’s always someone on duty during the regular hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.,” Arguin added. “The fitness center seems to be particularly popular and now opens at 6 a.m. at the request of the owners so they can work out before work. People also like the pools…especially the pool of the thighs!”
